Resplendent Inferno | IVO 10" Chef

This custom job was done on a well-loved blade that holds years of memories with its owner. It's always fun to work on new knives, but there's something special, almost reverent, about used blades. 

The owner of this one has been cooking at Quetzal since they opened in 2018 in downtown Toronto. Quetzal is a Mexican restaurant where they cook everything on open fire and coals, and the goal was to honour that connection with the artwork.
